I don't understand why Fazoli's isn't more popular everywhere. We don't have any left out west. The food is consistently at least 85% as good as Olive Garden at 1/2 the price. Fazoli's bread sticks are easily better than OG's. As for the service, never been bad in my experience. But this particular one was excellent. The cook knew several of the customers. There was an elderly couple that he personally brought there food out and took the time to make certain that were all set up. Just a better experience than most places. I only have 4 on atmosphere because it's not an Olive Garden. Fazoli's is a fast food setting. That being said, it was clean and everything was stocked.
Went to fazolis on hwy k in OFallon, Mo. best server always. Kelly is a delight and always ready to please. Such a very hard worker.
This was my first time eating here in over 10 years. I remember it being just okay back in the day. But this visit changed my mind. I ordered the spaghetti and tortellini duo, salad, and bread sticks. It was like eating at Olive Garden just not as fresh. But they brought the food to the table and offered grated cheese. I was thoroughly impressed. I will be coming back for sure!!
My daughter and some members of her basketball team came in after a game. The food was delicious, we didn’t have to wait long at all, and Sabir was super friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure our tables all had what they needed. Much appreciated Sabir! Happy holidays!
The staff were friendly, the food was hot and amazing, and the place was super clean. Stopped in for a meal while traveling back to Chicago from Louisiana and decided to dine inside. I have been to other Fazoli’s but this location was just pure perfection. Great job with this location and the staff!
